Flight Buyout Option
Travelers have the option to make their own flight arrangements using the buyout option. AFFLINK will provide flight reimbursement for the cost of up to $1,170 per ticket. If you select the buyout option, you will be responsible for purchasing the flights for both you and your guest and will need to submit your receipt of purchase for reimbursement, which will be paid after the trip takes place. All confirmed buyout flight itineraries must be sent to Amy Bott at abott@afflink.com once finalized. To be in line with trip timing, flights should arrive into Nice, France on Wednesday, April 23 no later than 2:00PM.
