AFFLINK’s premier incentive trip in April 2025 will be even bigger and better as we celebrate 20 years of the New Latitudes program. We’re holding an open call for YOU to join us as we continue our two decades-long tradition of exceeding expectations as we take our next journey. The trip dates are April 22-29, 2025.
If you wish to extend your stay at The Carlton Cannes, please ensure you fill out the related fields in the registration form with this information and note your arrival and departure dates. Please note that hotel availability is not guaranteed. BEACON will confirm with the hotel as soon as we receive your registration and then notify you. This will all be completed prior to booking your flight.
Should you experience any flight delays or issues, we ask that you contact our travel partners with Classic Travel. Contact information for our travel representative and the 24/7 hotline will be included in your mail-out packet prior to the trip.
BEACON will send out text message communication the week prior to the trip and during the trip. Please do not opt out if you wish to receive up-to-date information.
No one under the age of 21 may attend the trip.

Yes, you’ll need to fill out our registration form to gain access to the event. If you're also participating in the Charity Golf Classic, there is a separate registration form that can be found by clicking the 'Charity Golf Classic' tab at the top of the page.

Yes, you're responsible for booking your hotel room by using the 'Book Room' tab at the top of the page. After clicking the link, you'll be redirected to The Glendale Renaissance website where you with then be able to book your room. Please note the group rate of $259 is only applicable on the dates of 1/26-1/29.

The deadline to register for ENGAGE and to book a room under the group rate is Friday, Nov. 22.

Yes, this event is free for Members and PFS OpCos to attend. However, you are responsible for booking your hotel room.

Once you register and select your desired supplier and breakout sessions, your meeting schedule will be added to the event app closer to the event dates. You will be notified once they have been added.

No, you don't have to attend supplier sessions as a group. Each attendee from your company can register for different supplier sessions if you choose to do so.

We recommend you arrive by Monday, Jan. 27 as the first agenda item for ENGAGE starts at 8AM on Tuesday, Jan. 28.

No, your meals are covered by AFFLINK. If you are bringing a guest, their meals are also covered.

We will host a cocktail hour and innovation display on both evenings of Tuesday, Jan. 28 and Wednesday, Jan. 29 from 5:30PM to 7:00PM where refreshments and heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served. The hotel houses a restaurant on property or is also in close proximity to several restaurant options if you choose to go off-property for dinner.
